About

Dr. Pruis has been practicing in the west Michigan area since 2003, joining Holland Eye Surgery & Laser Center in 2012. She practices full-scope optometric care and specializes in treating and managing ocular diseases including: glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, dry eye disease, and pre/postoperative surgical care. A member of the west Michigan Optometric Association, Dr. Pruis works closely with our ophthalmologists.

Dr. Pruis volunteers on medical service trips to Honduras.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two sons Nathaniel and Joshua.  In her free time Dr. Pruis enjoys playing the violin and the piano along with enjoying the Michigan outdoors by hiking and biking.
